Welcome
You may be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, depressed or directionless, but you have already taken a courageous step by seeking out help. There are many doorways to healing and relief, and therapy is one you don’t have to walk through alone.
Research has shown time and time again, that a strong therapeutic alliance between client and therapist is one of the most important factors in determining successful outcomes.
With this in mind, I offer a free, 20 minute consultation so we can determine together if I might be a good fit to address your specific concerns and goals.
“Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it.”
~ Rumi
Meet Dheva
I am a psychotherapist in Austin, Texas, providing therapy services to adults of all ages and walks of life.
I offer a collaborative and integrated approach to resolving emotional distress, processing trauma, and addressing identity-related issues.

Why Therapy
“It is my earnest belief we thrive and heal best in connection and relationship”
Within the safety of a therapeutic relationship, we are granted the opportunity to make deeper connections with ourselves and grow our capacity for self-compassion. With more self-understanding, we are better able to make clear and informed decisions, tolerate and flow with life's ups and downs and improve the health of our relationships.
My Approach
The heart of my approach is relational, experiential, and depth-oriented. I provide a warm, open and safe space for self-discovery and healing.
I incorporate different therapeutic styles based on my clients' individual needs, pulling from attachment, somatic-based, and emotion-focused therapies, as well as psychodynamic, mindfulness, and existential theories. My intent and commitment as your therapist is to be fully present with you, just as you are, in all of your tender humanness and complexity.
